นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงกิจกรรมสนับสนุนคลังสินค้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจัดการอุปกรณ์ RFID การจัดการการสื่อสารข้อมูลระหว่างระบบและบุคลากรของคลังสินค้า
วัตถุประสงค์ของระบบการจัดการคลังสินค้าคือเพื่อให้มีพื้นที่ว่างสูงสุดและมีการขนถ่ายสินค้าให้ประหยัดที่สุดโดยนำระบบการจ่ายสินค้าแบบอัตโนมัติเข้ามาช่วย
